Tudor Grange Academy in Worcester welcomes i-desk in adding to its tremendous success
The GCSE pass rate, % of pupils attaining a minimum of 5 grades A* to C, has risen from 43% when it was known as the Elgar Technology College in 2009 to 80% in 2010.
Tudor Grange Academy extends its congratulations for i-desk solutions ltd in meeting with the ICT leadership team, manufacturing and setting up the right i-desks for its vision of a transformation to a school with spacious, sustainable ICT. The academy has produced a video demonstrating how the i-desk® has been instrumental in improving ICT for its children.
The academy refurbished its aging, cramped work-surface RM machine suites in favour of integrated ICT in 2009.

i-desk® technology, the Tudor Grange Academy ICT leadership team were so pleased that they invited us to produce a quote and then install two i-rise® 8 seater back to back to add to the existing i-classics in a class to replace ordinary desking to increase numbers of students within each standard classroom and benefit from the multi-functional space in the centre of the room.
The academy's technicians have easy access thanks to the patented cassette drawer and cabling layout which makes maintenance and upgrades easy.
