The School: The Bishop’s Stortford High School
The Bishop’s Stortford High School is a specialist school in Mathematics and Computing at the forefront of teaching and learning in Hertfordshire LEA, It caters for boy students aged 11-18 years, and admits boys and girls into the sixth form. There are presently some1100 pupils at the school, including 330 students in the sixth form of whom 100 are girls. The school has invested in a purpose-built ICT suite called the Turing Suite to provide a high-quality teaching and learning environment for its students and he wider local community and regularly opens its doors to showcase the advance and aspirational aspects of its teaching and learning facilities.

The Challenges:
Provide a high quality teaching and learning ICT environment in a new purpose-built suite that will improve everyone’s way of learning - must be flexible and future-proof and provide a facility that is available to the wider local community.
