With any computer installation, understanding the cost issues and their implication is paramount. It is all too easy to opt for the short term advantage of a low cost purchase, only to be forced later on with the unexpected challenge of high installation and running costs. I-desk has been designed from the ground up to minimise these costs, i-desk actually work out much cheaper than conventional systems when you consider all associated costs.

This ingenious linking design means desks are more secure and more robust and so will last much longer, so no replacement cost. This also creates more space for more users and so no costs for more rooms.

Easy and fast to maintain and upgrade slide and lock pc cassette creates no need to replace after 3 years so very cost effective.

Ten i-desks require just one double power socket and one data point. A traditional setup would require between ten and twenty double sockets and ten network points which means much higher costs.

Heat output is less than traditional PC’s and so cuts in air conditioning.

I-desk’s use just one power source for PC and screen so less power means lower cost. Fully integrated cabling improves cabling costs and preventing any mis-handling or possible potential damage to the desk, computer or network. LESS POWER CONSUMPTION

Robust build makes them as good as theft proof. Not one has been stolen out of 12000 units installed in over 6 years so no replacement costs and lower insurance premiums.

Sustainable and upgradeable i-desk uses industry standard components without the need to replace the whole desk.
