DESIGN CONSULTATION

During the consultation process our designer strives to understand your application and the features you need in your workspace. Initial conversations are usually held at your premises so that our consultants can see and discuss with you what you wish to achieve. They then take accurate measurements and carry out a complete survey before proposing a solution to you, using their experience and creative flair to make suggestions that may not have been thought of in order to maximise the benefits of your investment.

PRESENTATION

Presentations are usually done together online so that you can see our interpretation of the solution and make appropriate changes to the design in real-time. When a decision is made, we offer a guaranteed quote for all works necessary.

As an additional service we offer a comprehensive presentation of the design, including 2d And 3D visualisations. This work is charged for per hour and budgets can be discussed prior to engagement.

PREMANUFACTURE

Usually, a second site visit is necessary to double-check everything before we commit to manufacturing, giving you a final opportunity to make any changes you may wish to.

All our products are manufactured and built at our factory in Berkshire using state-of-the-art machinery – you are very welcome to visit us to see your products being manufactured.

INSTALLATION AND AFTERCARE

All installations are carried out by our own expert fit-out team, precisely and with care. Full training is provided afterwards in order for you to get the best result from your products, and we won’t ask you to sign anything off until you’re completely happy with the installation.

Should you require any further visits to your premises we aim to respond to your request within one working day.

The majority of our furniture carries a 12 months guarantee (this does not apply to electrical equipment, which is subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s guarantee).
